Submit Your Artist Profile

The term artist in this Artists in Education service is inclusive of dancers, actors, musicians, visual artists, cultural groups et al, who (individually or in groups) speak, perform, workshop or present their arts expertise for schools.

Welcome to the Artists in Education online profile template. Please read the following guidelines to assist you in completing the form. Once you have successfully completed your form and it is approved for publication, it will appear in the Artists' Profiles for schools and other artists to access your information. Problems can occur when submitting information over the internet. We strongly advise that you keep a back-up version of your information in case of any problem.

How to complete the template

Many thanks for your willingness to share your professional expertise with school students. Please follow the procedure below and carefully read the guidelines before completing your profile:

  • Once you click "Next", the previous page will be saved.

  • NB: You cannot use the "back" button in the middle of the initial submitting process. Use the "Edit Profile" button on the last page to do any editing of your profile before submission. Make sure to click the "Confirm and Submit" button at the end of the initial submitting.

  • You cannot re-submit using the same email address.

  • Once your form is submitted, you can edit and check your profile at any time at Edit your Profile.
