Curriculum, 2007. It has the new achievement objectives for all learning
areas, key competencies, and curriculum links. All existing plans can be edited and updated here.
Arts Interactive Unit Planner - NZ Curriculum (2000)
This site contains all existing plans created using achievement objectives from The Arts in the NZ Curriculum (2000). Only use this site to revise existing plans; to create plans using the new curriculum use the updated 2007 planner as above.
Arts Online NCEA Interactive Unit Planner
This site aligns with the New Zealand Curriculum, 2007. The NCEA interactive unit planner is a two part document that provides:
- online templates with links to NZQA, prompts, resources, areas to input learning experiences, and evaluation.
- student and teacher activity documents including conditions, Unit or Achievement standard details, instructions, and formative and summative assessment schedules, ensuring core moderation requirements are met. On completion, the unit can be downloaded as an RTF or HTML file to be opened in Word or uploaded to an intranet. Examples of completed arts discipline NCEA IUP units are available to view.
